It features the same 2x4 wire cage around the bottom but uses less material at the top, making it more efficient for production and lowering the cost for you. RANCHER MODELS
Rancher models have a ¼” hot dipped galvanized trailer frame.
HEAVY DUTY CREEP FEEDERS The 4’, 6’ rigid built, and 8’ creep feeders are made from 16 gauge G-90 galvanized sheet metal with 1 ⅝” schedule 40 galvanized skids. These models feature a poly trough, adjustable feed doors and an easily accessible clean out door on the end. 4’ and 8’ models have a collapsible hinged panel feed pen and the 6’ rigid built has a feed pen welded to the feeder. A large sliding lid on top makes filling the creep feeders easy. Feeders also come with a 1 ⅝” 16 gauge adjustable creep entrance panel that you can set the height to control feeder traffic. All welds after manufacturing are painted with cold galvanized paint and aluminum structural paint.
